I have purchased numerous peices of equipment from Cameron Cycle over the years. The first being a new CR 125 back in 1986, as well as weed trimmers and generators. This past week I bought a new KX 450 from them and I will say, they did not disappoint!!!! Right from the sales, to the service, and parts department, they all worked to have the bike ready to go that same day! Excellent all the way around! Loving the new ride!
New owners are laughable to say the least had the worst experience there after being a customer spending over 80k in the span 15 years roughly .I will not be returning
They had our 4 wheeler for over a week, and didn’t even look at it. We had advised them we had a trip planned that we needed it for. We even stopped in the week of to make sure it would be completed. Called the day of that it was to be picked up and they said they didn’t even look at it. Went to pick it up because we obviously needed it for the trip. It was on a battery charger and they said it was leaking gas! It was not leaking gas when we dropped it off!! Now it is in worse shape then we dropped it off and this gives us no time to fix it before the trip!! Thanks for nothing!!!!!! We would give them a zero star review if possible!
We picked up our new to us motorcycle after a the safety check. It’s the little things that are a standout as they without hesitation assisted in loading our motorcycle onto the enclosed trailer. Great customer service that was appreciated.
Been going there for years for parts. Never had an issue. Took a bike in for safety and whole different story. Charged $306 for a safety. Replaced two $10 levers with $65 units instead of removing the wrap around handgaurds. As they gave it to me the clutch and brake dont realease because they hit the gaurds, yeah that's safe.. Called loose spokes because they had weights on them and sounded loose.. told me they would likely have to tear the wheel apart to tighten them. And took two weeks because the tech was in trade school. While that's understandable, there is two techs on staff, couldnt the one guy install the levers instead of me waiting all week for them? I gave two stars because the parts people are good to work with and the sales guy always takes the time to talk with me. Good guy.
Had my ATV serviced there, was done much quicker than other Honda dealers in the area, prices are very reasonable, service listens to their customers and doesn't talk down to them...sales is highly knowledgeable and take the time to figure out what you need for the price you want to pay, great job!
I cannot say these people are very customer oriented. I made an appointment to have two tires installed, confirmed appointment.. and then the service manager cancels my appointment a couple of days before I was to come in.. because he tells me they are too busy? So..like why even make an appointment in the first place.. and he was just a dick about it.. they certainly aren't getting any of my money ever in the future. Stay away..
